Cruz das Almas, Maceió — Brazil
A launch film made for the big screen — delivered in nine days.
Construtora Record arrived with raw renders. No people, no life, and only a handful of usable angles — nothing close to what a four-minute cinema film demands. The launch had a date, a booked theatre, and one requirement that changed everything: the film would premiere on a full-size cinema screen, in 21:9, in front of the region's top real estate brokers. Every frame had to hold up at that scale. The timeline: nine days from briefing to delivery.

We built the film's entire narrative through creative direction accelerated by our production pipeline — turning static architecture into a story brokers could step inside. The raw renders were enhanced, humanized and expanded into new cinematic angles, then directed into a four-minute immersive film in native 21:9. Alongside the main film, we delivered a vertical 90-second cut optimized for social, a set of short videos for the sales campaign, and the full package of updated render imagery.
The film premiered in a packed cinema. For four minutes, a development that exists only on paper filled the big screen — and when the lights came up, the room applauded. It was the first launch of its kind in the region, and the audience it was built for — the brokers — left having already walked through Marbella Boulevard. Delivered in nine days, ready for the screen it was made for.
“The brokers felt like they were inside a film. Nothing like this had ever been done in our region — the whole room applauded. This launch became an event.”
