Sardegna, Italy
Centocase came to us with a timelapse clip that had taken off on Instagram — proof the project could capture attention, but not yet the tool to sell it. Where they saw a viral moment, we saw an unrealized launch: architecture with real magnetism, waiting for imagery that matched its ambition.

We rebuilt the renders into cinematic imagery and directed a film around the feeling of the place — the light, the pace, the life of a home on the Sardinian coast. Delivered in horizontal and vertical, ready for every channel, inside a five-day window.
The film became the project's official launch piece — now running across paid media, carrying the vibe and lifestyle of Centocase to buyers who feel the place before they ever visit it.
